More than technique — this is training in presence.
In the Hendrickson Method, palpation isn’t just about locating muscles or assessing movement. It’s an invitation to perceive — to feel beneath the surface of tissue and connect with the intelligence that animates the human body. True palpation requires awareness not only of what we touch, but who we are being as we touch.
In this two-part immersion, over two days, you’ll learn to combine subtle tactile skill with inner stillness and palpate through clothing.
